Major League Gaming's eSports events now attract more young male viewers than the Rose Bowl.
“… Take for example Major League Gaming’s last event, a weekend long orgy of esports, featuring top titles and the most popular players. Here’s the result: In the coveted male, aged 18-24 demographic, some 1.35 million unique viewers tuned in to the tournament’s final day. Not bad, you might think, but traditional sports events spank that figure, right? Wrong.”

Major League Gaming had over 4,700,000 unique online viewers at last weekend’s Spring Championship, making it the largest North American eSports event ever.
The peak concurrent online viewers hit an all-time high of 437,000 - enough to fill over 8 Yankee Stadiums.

I’m ultra pumped about our announcement today regarding the SteelSeries / MLG partnership. I have been involved in competitive gaming for more than a decade - and no other tournament organizer has impressed me like Major League Gaming. The way they think, operate and execute is just lightyears ahead of the other tournament/event organizers.
Really amazing things are in the pipeline under this partnership. The future is bright! :)
